Spacious 5th floor, 900 square foot (83.6 square meters) studio apartment with ocean and Diamond Head views. The unit has been fully renovated with a newer kitchen, bath, furniture, carpeting, shutters and windows. Every effort is made to make this a home and not a rental unit.

The renovated kitchen has cherry cabinets with granite countertops and stainless steel Sub Zero and Bosch appliances. The kitchen is well stocked for the gourmet cook with Calphalon cookware, Kitchen Aid mixer, coffee maker, toaster oven and microwave. All the gadgets you need to create any dish even a melon baller!

Living / Dining Area

The furnishings are a mix of teak and mahogany. Severalframed shadow boxes show Hawaiian antiques and memorabilia. Entertainment-wise, there is a new 55" Samsung LED TV with a DVD/VCR. When you're not watching the upgraded HD cable TV, the apartment has a selection of over 75 VHS/DVD movies and TV shows.

 

Dining / Bed Area

The bed is king size with high thread count 100% cotton sheets. There are four pillows provided - 2 down and 2 polyester - to ensure a perfect sleep. Lying in bed, you will wake up to the views and sounds of the ocean. Pillow top mattress replaced in 2011. Sheets/pillows/towels are replaced annually.

Bathroom

The bath carries on the cherry cabinetry from the kitchen but uses black/gold granite and brass accessories for an elegant feel. A 2-headed, floor-to-ceiling glass shower makes you feel almost like showering outdoors. Also in the bath are two closets and plenty of drawer space for clothes.
