The apparent slowdown in 3Q04
and spike the following quarter reflect the "art" of this
process. The 3Q number slipped because two units were not
included in the numbers. They were part of a triple unit that
included an oceanfront unit so they are accounted for there. Were
those two units included here, 3Q prices would have been $863 -- making
4Q's performance less spiked. Combined units always present
problems and skew numbers a little.
